		<description><![CDATA[I lived in the Leeman Apartments for two years. I agree that it was a fantastic use of space for a single person or a couple. The electricity meters are in the basement, accessed via its own entrance in the yard. Taking the steps down into the darkness was very scary. But the space below is expansive, around three &quot;rooms&quot; down there. Plenty of space for stocking the Co-Op, and the basement walls still have the original white tiles.]]></description>
