Ive lived round the corner in Upper Newborough Street for 7 years now and Ive noticed the increase in parked cars in the area. Monday to Friday, its city centre and hospital workers getting free parking for the day (no residents parking permits). Weekends used to be quiet as in your first photo. But more and more people are parking out here and walking into town to avoid the parking charges. Its never quiet anymore…
