		<description><![CDATA[Hi Tony, I don&#039;t remember the filling station - though probably did pass it in the past, not paying as much attention back then - but have seen photos of it. 

I&#039;ve always assumed the triangular park was on land owned/managed by the council, but perhaps the pond etc was added by the Station Hotel originally?
