		<description><![CDATA[My family lived in this building (my stepfather was a charge nurse at the hospital) from about 1962 to 1965. We lived in the part nearest to Shipton road. I remember hanging out of my bedroom window at twilight to watch the bats fly around. I  do recall some bats living in the attic where we kept the tv antenna to avoid paying the tv license.]]></description>

It would seem to me that words like Public Consultation and Transparency seem to have taken a back seat when it comes to decision making. Such a Shame that at the moment many of York&#039;s Buildings and our Heritage seems to be Vanishing.]]></description>
